  • Self-driving car rental does not include the operating fuel of the rented car
  • Parking / Tolls that may appear due to policies in the areas being sent, such as airports, will be subject to parking tickets borne by the renters

  • Self-driving car rental is calculated as a minimum rental per day with a rental limit of 24 hours per day
  • The 24 hour calculation is calculated from the time the car ordered. Example: the car is asked to send at 10.00 am. Then it will be calculated starting at 10.00 am as the initial hour of use
  • Example Case: car rental for the period 01 January 2019 at 09.00 a.m and returned on 04 January at 09.00 a.m. then in this example the customer will be charged only 3 days of rental fee. Very profitable, right?

  • At Ngurah Rai Airport, our staff will wait for the client in front of the exit of arrival gate by carrying a board with the name of the client they serve
  • Sometimes our staff will also contact their clients via sms / whatsApp to the cellphone number recorded in the reservation details. So please make sure the cellphone number used for the car reservation is active at Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali. *PS: There will FREE WIFI at the Airport Ngurah Rai
  • The administrative finalization process and the handover of car keys are carried out in the parking lot of the arrival terminal of Ngurah Rai airport

  • Upon the car and our staff arrived at the hotel, our staff will directly contact the client they via the cellphone number recorded or contact the client through their room to meet them at the Hotel's Lobby

    For all self-driving cars, they can only be used on the island of Bali and are not allowed to leave Bali. This is closely related to our work commitments and offices which are temporarily only in Bali. We cannot handle the problem if the car is outside Bali because it outside our range

    This booking is official, guaranteed, and can be accounted for very well, as customers will receive a confirmation email containing a copy of the invoice for the book and the invoice number as a tracking code for the booking status. This booking is an official written agreement between the customer and us "rental-mobil.com". A one-sided cancellation incident, or a confirmed car unavailability, cannot occur without a liability. This online booking is highly recommended for customers who want to book a car to be used in a long grace period

  • Booking a car through the online Reservation Form will be responded quick approximately (+/-) 30 minutes during Office Hours 08.30-17.00 wita, or at the latest 1 x 12 hours if the reservation is received outside our office hours mentioned
  • Booking a car via WhatsApp to the hotline (+62) 819 3300 8509 | (+62) 821 4485 0000 usually will be replied immediately by our chat operator who is online. Reservations via WhatsApp are only served from 05.00-22.00 WITA GMT +8 Indonesia - Bali Time

  • There will be a confirmation email from sewa-mobil.com entered into your email address, immediately after the submit button (Send Request) is clicked
  • At the latest 1 × 12 hours, the customer will receive a 2nd email with the invoice if the requested car is available. If a car is not available then an email will be made to alternative cars available at the requested periods

  • In many cases, there is usually an error in inputting the email address when making the online reservation, so our system will send a confirmation to the wrong email address. To solve this problem quickly please contact the hotline (+62) 819 3300 8509. Our staff will be happy to help ensure problems occur quickly
  • Car rental reservations are made when the island of Bali celebrates “Nyepi Day”. Where on Nyepi day, the island of Bali is completely closed and must be at home. Please understand

    Yes, you can. Cancellation of car rental bookings with a reason or without any reason we serve properly as this is the full right of the customer, only the customer needs to understand the conditions below, as follows:

  • Cancellation of car rental in normal period / Low Season
    • Cancellation of car rental in normal / low season periods of less than 1x24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the car rental price per-day
    • Cancellations on the day of use will be subject to a cancellation fee of 1 full rental day

  • Cancellation of car rental in Holidays period / High Season
    • The holiday period or High Season in question is the holiday period in June, July, August, December and early January, Eid Holidays, Christmas Holidays and New Year Holidays. Car rental cancellations less than 3x24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the car rental price per day
    • Car rental cancellation less than 2x24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 1 full rental day
    • Car rental cancellation on the day of use will be subject to a 2 days rental fee
