  • Online Booking by our online Form Will Be Responded Quickly, +/- 30 Minutes During Office Hours 08.30-17.00 (GMT +7)  Or will be at the latest 1 x 12 Hours if the Bookings Received Outside Office Hour
  • Booking Via Whatsapp Will Be Responded As Soon As Possible After Our Chat Operator Is Available In The Queue
  • Shortly After Booking Online (Click Submit), Immediately The Confirmation Email Will Enter The Customer’s Email
  • At the latest 1 × 12 Hours should Receive An Email with Invoice
  • If  none Above  Accepted, Then The Reservation Is Confirmed Failed Or There Is An Incorrect Input Data. Please Re-Book Again

yes sure. You may cancel the book or service any time. We really appreciate it if you cancel the booking no later than no less than 2 x 24 hours.

Payment

The Payment will Divided Into 2 Stages:

  1. Deposit Payment. Deposit will paid at the latest one day after the invoice received, or following the invoice instruction

  2. Repayment. Repayment will paid  On The 1st Day The car/Service Received

Deposit is very necessary to ensure that your car is confirmed. If you do not wish to pay the requested deposit, the alternative way is to provide the booking guarantee as follows:

  1. Copy of your photopage passport
  2. copy of your hotel vouchers as long you stay in Bali
  3. copy of your arrival and departure air ticket

No. the car is used in Bali Island only and is not permitted to go out of bali island

Car lost /damage

your car are insuranced. No need to worried with over budget car repairment. the car repairment cost will handle by the car insurance company. you own risk liability only as follow:

  1. for minor car accident like scratch or minor dent which no affect with the car performance you just need to pay the claim and administration for $50 per accident

  2. for major car accident which make the car or the part of the car, big dented, loosed, dislodged, broken or other circumstances which make the car should enter the worksop immediately to fix it, then the renter should pay the $50 plus the rental lost caused  car stay at the workshop based on how many days the car stay at the workshop for the repairment. it will be a minimum 3 days and maximum a month

if you lost your car because your car was stolen, first please Don’t panic. Yes, our car insurance cover this condition. you are obliged to:

  1. Make a report and get a letter of lost vehicle from the local police station, on the scene. Then the letter was given to sewa-mobil.com

  2. pay 1 month rental lost to the sewa-mobil.com
